SHIPPING

Shipments will be prepaid for orders over 300 square feet (sq. ft.).

Shipments of orders of less value will be made freight collect. The cost will depend on the geographical area, the urgency of the order and of the selected carrier.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted whenever there has been an error in the manufacturing, a defect in the piece or an error in the preparation of the shipment.

If the error has been by Acabados Abellán, we assume the costs of the shipping charges of the exchange or refund.

If it was an error by the client, this will assume the costs of shipping and the material that the client wishes to change.

Change or refund will take place within a period of 10 to 15 days from the date of reception of the returned material.
